In the Summer of 2020, a lifelong dream to open a dedicated land and new homes and property business in the Worthing and West Sussex area was realised and we’ve not looked back since!  

The brainchild of Director, Chris Stephens, a local property expert of over two decades experience, CS inc. Ltd was launched to purposely fill the void between planner and estate agent, to comprehensively deal with the concerns of property and land owners, developers and investors by offering a dedicated service seldom available in the UK with the sole purpose of ensuring the best advice and guidance is provided at all times to increase our clients return on investment.   

At almost an identical time, Directors Chris Trott and Phil Cole launched Coast & Country Real Estate, with a fresh new approach to estate agency providing an experienced high standard of property expertise serving clients in Worthing, Angmering, Rustington, East Preston, Findon, Lancing and beyond.   

Already experiencing great success in their own business and being career long friends, the synergy between the two companies became almost immediately apparent and in a short time CS inc. ltd and the newly formed Coast & Country Land & New Homes formed a remarkable partnership that has seen outstanding success.
